The Combined Authority is seeking an external consultant to carry out evaluation work in line with the Adult Skills Evaluation Framework. Adult Skills is a key intervention in our social economy and will be for the foreseeable future. It is therefore the intention to deliver a set of investigations and tools that were used for 3 years of delivery data for adult skills provision. This would allow for the design of a longitudinal evaluation of adult skills intervention in West Yorkshire.
