Lift Service, Breakdown and Repair

The quote/tender has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

The Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced lift contractor to provide lift servicing, breakdown and repair (including occasional major component replacement due to obsolescence, DDA and compliance updates etc.) to the Council.

This contract will cover all the equipment listed within Appendix 2 – Pricing Matrix. This may be added to, as and when new installations are required or removed.  As a guide, the number of lifts currently within this contract is approximately 103.

The Contract will be awarded to one Contractor.

This contract will be managed by the Council's Corporate Lifts Section and may be used by a range of officers around the Council who are responsible for the servicing, breakdown and repair of lifts.
