Architectural Services
The Council requires a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor who is able to provide detailed plans and associated specifications, as and when required, for Disabled Adaptation Works to occupied domestic premises. Please see Appendix 1 – Specification for full details.
The contract will run from 1st February 2021 until 31st January 2023 after which the Council reserves the right to extend the framework for a further 1 year period. The decision to extend the framework will be based on satisfactory Supplier performance and the Council still having the need and funding for the services required under the contract.
Bidders must be prepared and able to commence servicing the contract from the Contract start date.
The best indication of the Annual contract value is based on the most up to date data which is £31,000 p.a. based on previous spend. However demand may increase or decrease due to the changing needs of Clients, so it is impossible to give an estimated number of works going forward and therefore no guarantee of future contract volumes or values under the contract should be assumed as they cannot be guaranteed. These figures are to be used as guidance only.
Fixed Pricing
The Council has fixed the pricing throughout the life of this framework agreement and any extension periods that may be taken up to £700.00 per completed project. THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE - FAILURE TO AGREE TO THIS WILL RESULT IN AUTOMATIC REJECTION FROM THE TENDER PROCESS.
