Delivery of a community small grants scheme to reduce health inequalities across North Lincolnshire

This scheme of work will be concerned with the organisation, coordination and overseeing of a community grant distribution process, with expectation that an outlined proportion of the funding is distributed to grass roots and other groups operating across specified locality areas of North Lincolnshire.
