West Yorkshire Combined Authority are progressing the Phase 1 Mass Transit Strategic Outline Case (SOC) for submission to the Department for Transport, and have established initial routes, both of which include a common section through Leeds City Centre. The Combined Authority now requires a Consultant to carry out a Study on Leeds City Centre option appraisal and site analysis in the context of route delivery, and the implications of Mass Transit on key areas of the city.
