88506 - Expression of Interest for Step-down and Step-up Beds Block Contract

City of York Council (CYC) is looking to commission short term, step-down and step-up assessment beds on a block purchase to support our patients and Customers with discharge from hospitals and prevent individuals from being admitted to hospital, enabling them to go home; Home First being our main principle, minimising the need for longer term care. Placements will be required for people aged 18+ and 65+, the majority of placements are in the 65+ age group.
