Dear Bidder,  

You are invited to tender a fixed price quote for Refurbishment Works at Unit 9 And Unit 14 Penraevons Industrial Estate, Meanwood Road,  Leeds L7 2AW

The scope of the work involves:

  • Remove asbestos paper as identified in the management plan.
  • Alteration to toilets to form accessible toilet.
  • New wall unit to kitchen
  • Plasterwork to walls
  • New roller shutter door
  • Paint and decorate.

We ask that bidders to include within their tender returns:

  • Advice on any extended lead times for materials, if applicable.

Please provide a full breakdown of your costs within the tender return.  The works will be managed under a JCT minor works contract 2016 with amendments.
