1.1 Site Set Up • Secure temporary solid 2m high hoarding panels with vehicle access gates to provide secure external compound to the existing concrete hardstanding area to side of the property, • Temporary security CCTV to compound area, • Temporary contractor welfare facilities within the compound. 1.2 Builders Work • Strip out and remove the chapel room structure and carpet floor covering, • Strip out room structure and all fixed cupboards & worktops used as the preparation room, • Strip out the cold room and all fixed racking, • Externally, remove timber framing to old signage. 1.3 Electrical Works • Strip out all electrical works in association with removal of chapel room, preparation room, and cold room, and redundant old switch gear, • Reconnect minor power that is currently fed via the circuits from the room structures that are to be removed. 1.4 Mechanical Works • Strip out chillers and compressors to cold room, including all de-gassing works, • Completely strip out hot & cold-water services to the preparation room back to the source so as not to create ‘deadlegs’.
