The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (BMDC) are responsible for and take a collaborative approach to the commissioning of Young Persons Alcohol and/or Drug Services (YPA&D). The current service provides specialist alcohol and/or drug interventions to maximise the health and wellbeing of young people, address alcohol and/or drug use, reduce the harm they cause themselves, develop their resilience, to manage the risks they face to ensure that when they leave the service they are able to sustain their progress. BMDC plan on undertaking the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process under the NHS The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime/PSR) Regulations 2023. Prior to this BMDC are seeking expressions of interest under (via an Intended Approach Notice) from potential providers who may be the Most Suitable Provider. Interested providers are advised to refer to the relevant descriptions within the Find a Tender notice, for more information, before making a decision on expressing an interest in being considered for the MSP of the YPA&D
