Remove the existing heating plant within the boiler room, installation of new gas fired, frame mounted boiler units (circa 480kw in total), flue systems, heating pumps, pressurisation unit, hot water generator, automatic controls and all associated pipework, valves, electrical & builders work. A Kirklees owned temporary mobile boiler plant is already connected and being utilised on site due to most of the existing boilers having failed. The contractor will be responsible for transporting the mobile unit away from site to an agreed location at the end of the contract.
