The purpose of this refurbishment follows the recent demolition of central greengrocers around the clock and is primarily intended to re-instate original octagonal timber joinery and associated area of hard landscaping.The appointed contractor is expected to deliver the project to prescribed timescales and quality as outlined within the bidding information. Borough Market is a “live” market hall and should not be hindered or disrupted in any way by these works. Site visits are a condition of bidding and dates will be published via the messaging portal.
