Dear Contractor
You are invited to tender a fixed price quote for the roofing works at the Yeadon Westfield Infant School, Westfield Grove, Yeadon, LS19 7NQ.
The scope of the work involves:
- Removal of existing roof coverings and installation of new high performance insulated 3 layer felt system.
- Installation of new triple skin polycarbonate roof lights and accessories.
- 1 window from the hall will be replaced with a new reduced height uPVC window.
Project Programme/Key Dates
- Project Lead-in Period: 3 weeks
- Estimated Commencement of Works on Site: 22nd July 2024
- Estimated Completion Date: 30th August 2023
- This is a 6-week

Please provide a full breakdown of your costs within the tender return. The works will be managed under a JCT minor works contract 2016 with amendments.
