Dear Sir/Madam,

I am inviting you to submit a tender for Valuation of assets at Eastgate, Leeds

To enable you to do this please read the attached tender pack that includes the following:

  • The Council’s Specification

  • Price Schedule  
  • Form of Tender and certificate of non-Collusive Tendering 
  • New Contract Supplier Declaration 
  • Method Statement template  
  • The Contract (Appendix 1) 

You are advised to carefully read these documents prior to preparing and uploading your Tender. You must ensure you complete the price schedule, form of tender, certificate of non-collusive tendering and method statement template as part of your tender submission. 

Tenders must be submitted electronically by no later than 12:00 PM on Wednesday 23rd October 2024, using the YORtender electronic tendering portal at (https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER).  Late submissions will not be considered.
