Consultancy support is required to undertake a number of evaluation tasks that will both guide later starting aspects to the programme and report on the programme delivery to term. It ia auggested that the evaluation work is considered in four stages Stage 1 – Inception and programme development Stage 2 – Programme scoping and initial interim scheme evaluations Stage 3 – main scheme process evaluation tasks Stage 4 – completion of impact work and final reporting
