Local Plan - Viability Assessment

The NPPF promotes sustainable development, ensuring that an appropriate balance is struck between social and environmental dimensions of growth, and that appropriate necessary infrastructure is delivered. The NPPF also emphasises that local plans must be deliverable, and the economic viability of development is critical to this. Equans on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified Consultant to carry out a Viability Assessment to support the Local Plan.
