Appointment of a consultant to undertake Early Works for the provision of Design Services regarding maintenance works at Leeds Grand Theatre comprising of: • Phase 2A – Scheme 1 & 2: Paint frame floor, bowing wall, roof access to underside for repairs and removal of redundant items. • Phase 2 A – Scheme 3: Re-roofing works for the remaining roof areas. • Phase 2B – Scheme 7: Emerald Grand Hall ceiling, roof/wall strengthening and decoration.
