Chamber Voting Conference and Recording System-Nuway Audio

A waiver is being sought as Nuway provided and installed the audio-visual conferencing and recording equipment in the Council Chamber and have specialist knowledge of how the system works. They offer a responsive service to maintenance issues. It is unlikely other providers would take on the equipment installed and maintained by Nuway at a similar cost and the same level of service. The annual maintenance cost is not considered excessive.
