RFS23-142a - 115 Denby Dale Road Refurbishment – Move On Accommodation

This procurement is for refurbishment works to 115 Denby Dale Road, Wakefield, WF2 8EB, to the specifications as stated in the tender documents provided. Works are proposed to start in January 2024 after a lead-in period of approximately 4 weeks, with an overall programme of around 9 weeks onsite. Completion is therefore anticipated to be around 8th March 2024.
