Dear Supplier, 

Leeds City Council has a well-established programme of delivering careers events in the city, attracting thousands of visitors and a wide range of organizations to each event.

To support this programme of events, the Employment & Skills service is seeking technical expertise to help deliver the production of these. We require an event production company to support with the technical aspects of lighting, sound, video, staging, and facilitation of presentations and discussions.

To achieve this, we are inviting suppliers to submit a tender for their services that show how you can support the  delivery the programme.  Successful bidders will be offered a zero-value contract to support the programme and which will last until the end of the current E&S DPS (31 March 2028).

This competition is relevant to Category 9 of the Employment & Skills DPS and so will be specifically open to bidders qualified in this category. 

The window for submissions will be for one week, opening 2nd November 2023 and closing 9^th November 2023.
