EX819 - Principal Designer and H&S Advisor Support

The contract has been awarded through the Exception to Requirements of Competition in accordance with BMDC Contract Standing Orders. The Built Environment department has a team providing Construction Design Management (CDM) support to capital construction project ranging in value from £5k to over £10m. This is provided via the provision of the Principal Designer role.   This role is a Regulatory requirement on construction projects.
