The Hull One Public Estate Partnership requires a consultant to undertake work following the successful submission of Opportunity Development Funding. The required outcome should assume and include all liaison with relevant Council officers and all relevant parties to undertake the work and deliver the outcomes. The quote needs to include the actual pipeline of works based on intelligence ascertained throughout the works. The commission is for the creation of Hull OPE Partnership pipeline of ‘bid-ready’ public sector property opportunities where further investment of these opportunities may come from future One Public Estate funding or from other national funding programmes or local funding sources. The Authority anticipates that any resource appointed to have strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience in delivering complex regeneration, property, or housing programmes across local and/or central government. The Authority expects a strong knowledge of the OPE programme and understanding of what is needed to develop a successful funding application. The Authority proposes to enter into one Contract for a period of six months with the successful Tenderer (Service Provider), with an option to extend for a period or periods of up to a maximum of three months. Such extension(s) will be at the discretion of the Council and subject to satisfactory performance. The anticipated service commencement date is 1st November 2023.
