Diversion/Installation of ducts, chambers and associated apparatus. The underground apparatus to be diverted/laid are part of the Virgin Media network distribution system. As such, only their nominated Contractors have permission to carry out the required works. The contract has been awarded through the exceptions to competition in accordance with BMDC Contract Standing Order.
