75993 - Supply of flooring materials and fitting services
Dear Sir/Madam,
We are pleased to invite you to tender for Supply of flooring materials and fitting services to Council houses across the East and South areas of Leeds. This includes general flooring, kitchen and bathroom flooring.
Total estimated value of the Tender is up to £85,000.00, however no guarantee or commitment can be given to the initial and future value of any work arising from this Tender.
The terms and conditions/contract will be JCT Minor works.
System reference number for the tender is 75993.
The final date to return the tenders is 11.07.2023 at noon
Estimated contract start date is July/August 2023
Estimated Contract end date is January 2024 + 6 months option to extend
