The Future Talent Plan sets out the city’s vision for “a globally competitive city where we work together to enable the right opportunities for people and businesses to thrive in a rapidly changing labour market, and ensure that nobody is left behind”. To achieve this vision, it is essential that emerging and future talent are engaged and exposed to key sectors across the city. The Council is seeking responses from organisations to provide a programme of activity to support building ideas and gaining insights into key business sectors with the city’s emerging and future talent. The Council is seeking a partner with proven experience of working with emerging and future talent through innovative programmes of delivery. They should have experience of engaging and delivering to a broad range of groups. The partner should also be experienced in engaging with a variety of stakeholders across different sectors to ensure programmes of activity provide value to all stakeholders involved. The partner should have an in-depth understanding of the key business sectors and the trends for future growth sectors. Leeds City Council is aiming to procure one provider on a 5-year £0 value contract. As required, call off orders will be raised for the services described in the statement of requirements.
