Building Alterations to Phoenix 66

This procurement is for building alterations to a newly acquired warehouse building (“Phoenix 66”) to adapt it to ensure it is suitable for use for the activities carried out by the Council’s Transport Services function. Works are proposed to start in December 2023 with an overall programme of around eight months and completion of the works (including full installation of all MOT and specialist workshop equipment) is expected in early August 2024.
