Leeds Town Hall Internal Refurbishment - Enabling works

The scope for the enabling works consist of diverting the incoming Low Voltage power from the current substation to the newly proposed electrical store at basement level. Intrusive mechanical and electrical survey works will be undertaken concurrently to the diversion of the Low Voltage power.
