KMCHS-387 - Framework Agreement for Winter Service Operations Within the Administrative Area of Kirklees

Tenders are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the ‘Council’) (defined in paragraph 11 below) from Contractors with the relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the provision of carrying out Winter Service Operations. Referred to in the Tender Documents during the period 1st October 2023 to 30th September 2025 with the provision to extend a further two years (1+1) until 30th September 2027. The Council intends to select several tenderers to enter a Framework Agreement, substantially in the form laid out in File 02 Framework, under which Contractors will be appointed annually to execute Services upon issue of Services Orders in accordance with these Documents
