Care agency staff services

EMH Care and Support Limited (an EMH company) is a provider of specialist care and supported housing services at various locations across the East Midlands region. A number of agencies are required to provide temporary and relief staffing for its in-house workforce. Expenditure on agency staff is currently in the region of £3m per annum (including VAT, where applicable), and there are contractual arrangements in place until 1 August 2023 (a neutral vendor). For the delivery of these services after this date, the customer is procuring a framework of agency suppliers to provide directly.
