The Mayor’s Innovation Challenge

[EndedMessage]

The West Yorkshire Combined Authority is implementing its regional Innovation Framework which outlines a priority to drive forward a mission-led approach to innovation. As part of this priority, the Mayoral Combined Authority is seeking to appoint an experienced provider or consortia to design, develop and deliver an innovation challenge competition across West Yorkshire. This should provide SMEs, entrepreneurs and/or start-ups with a real-world, West Yorkshire based challenge or problem and the task of developing a new product, service, or technology designed to address that problem through a programme of specifically targeted support, coaching and mentoring. The selected winners of the competition will receive additional funding to develop their solutions and / or business ideas further
