The provision of blending real estate and economic expertise, to support the authority to develop an evidence base and investment case focused on the city’s innovation assets and ecosystem. This work is required to inform Leeds City Council on approaches to take to unlock and accelerate innovation-led growth in the city through both capital and revenue investment. This will, in turn, prepare the Council for future Investment Zone opportunities, or similar national, regional, or local initiatives to drive the innovation economy.
