Automatic Doors, Barriers and Gates
Dear bidders,
Leeds City Council’s in house service provider, Leeds Building Services (LBS) will shortly be publishing a tender for the appointment of external contractors to undertake the annual servicing , remedial maintenance and responsive repairs to automatic doors, barriers and gates across the estate.
The proposed contract will run for 2 years with the option to extend for two further periods of 12 months. Any extension to the contract will be at the discretion of the Council.
The budget for the contract is estimated at around £100,000 per annum giving a total contract value of £400,000 (including extensions).
We invite potential bidders to take part in a Expresssion of Interest exercise to assess market interest and improve our procurements.
