Public Bathing Adaptation Works

Dear bidders,
Leeds City Council will shortly be publishing a tender to a appoint suitable external contractors to undertake the supply and installation of bathing facilities to council housing across the city.
The proposed contract will run for 3 years with the option to extend for two further 12 month periods.
The estimated budget for these works is £850,000 per annum giving a total contract value of £2,550,000 (£4,250,000 including extensions).
We would like to invite potential bidders to participate in an Expression of Interest exercise to help us assess the current market and make our tender as attractive as possible.
