It has been agreed by the RAA Leaders Group and the DfE that an options paper will be produced in early 2023with recommendations to inform how commissioning arrangements will be developed in 23/24 and 24/25. This will support the National Adoption Strategy aim to develop commissioning arrangements that achieve maximum value for money, considering the limited budget available and the significant needs and demand.
