Hull City Council is looking to appoint a contractor using the Engineering and Regeneration Professional Services Framework, Lot 1a via the direct award route. The contractor is to undertake the special inspection and monitoring of substandard structures (relating to River Hull Bascule Brigdes: Sutton Road Moving Bridge, North Bridge, Drypool Bridge).
