Combined Services & Assets Database (CoSA) Replacement Consultancy

West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) is seeking proposals from suppliers to provide consultancy services to support the authority in producing the procurement specification to replace its current CoSA System (Combined Services and Assets). The Combined Authority requires the full specification for the replacement that can be used in procurement documentation to be produced no later than 19th November 2022.
