Place-based Impact Investing

As part of the broader plans around economic well-being, the council is looking to explore opportunities around place-based impact investing across the district. The work will also compliment the refresh of the council’s medium-term financial strategy and the strategic asset management plan by providing an additional tool for investment in both capital and revenue projects and programmes.
