Dear Interested Providers,

The East Riding of Yorkshire Council is advertising a tender for the provision of its new 'Integrated Lifestyle Service Tackling Health Inequalities'. 

The core period for this will be for an inital 3 years, from 01 April 2023 to 01 April 2026. There is a further extension option of up to 24 months, at the sole discretion of the East Riding of Yorkshire Council.  

All bids for this tender must be submitted by 12 NOON on 19 August 2022. 

All queries and clarifications should be submitted via the messaging system on YorTender. The deadline for these is 5PM on 12 August 2022. 

Please note that in order to receive TUPE information, interested providers must complete the TUPE Confidentiality Form and return it to the Council via the YorTender messaging system.
