Alternative Programme Pseudo-Framework

The quote/tender has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

Dear Colleague,

Your organisation, along with others, is invited to submit a contractor questionnaire to join a pseudo-framework (hereafter referred to as the Framework) as permitted under the “light touch regime” of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This is being established by Sheffield City Council (hereafter referred to as the Council) for the delivery of the Alternative Provision programme for the year 2022-23. The intention is to create a network of providers which gives children and young people of participating schools and educational facilities in the city the opportunity to explore technical, employability and personal social development focused provision.  The establishment of the Framework is intended to put in place a flexible and responsive framework to enable the Council to realise this ambition.

This opportunity will be open to any suitably expereinced and qualified provider wishing to submit a response at any point in the framework’s term until 26th May 2023. Providers which fail to join the framework on their first attempt may re-submit any number of times during the framework’s term until 26th May 2023.

Organisations wishing to take advantage of the first round of further competitions under the framework should ensure that they have uploaded their completed contractor questionnaire by 17:00 on Friday, 1st July 2022.

Kind regards
