HD006-22 Preliminary Design of Grant Street Car Park to RIBA Stage 3

EQUANS Services on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant to undertake the design work of a multi storey car park on Grant Street, Cleethorpes. This project follows on from a pre market engagement exercise which outlined a procurement route for the project. The route chosen is a 2 stage procurement. The initial stage (Consultant stage) is to carry out all necessary designs and engagement to submit a planning application. The second stage will be procured independently in the future as a design and build project for the car park along side other highway improvements which form part of the wider project
