Housing Repairs & Maintenance - V7 LHC Framework Vacant property Security, Clean & Clear

The recommendation is to call off a short-term arrangement for Vacant (Voids) Property Security and related services under the LHC fully PCR compliant V7 Vacant Property Services Framework to supplement the Housing and Corporate Repairs & Maintenance (HRM & CRM) internal teams for a further period of 6 months, from 1st April to 30th September 22 to enable a full SCC tender to be carried out.
