53633 - CAAMP REVIEW AND DESIGN AND MAINTENANCE GUIDE (MORLEY HERITAGE INVESTMENT PROGRAMME

Leeds City Council, as the accountable body responsible for delivering the Morley Town Deal, wish to appoint a consultant to deliver two related pieces of work: 1. A light-touch refresh of the Conservation Area Appraisal and Management Plan together with a review of the Conservation Area boundaries proposed in the Plan 2. A Design and Maintenance Guide to support the Morley Heritage Investment Programme. The Guide will give best practice advice and guidance on the design and maintenance of buildings in the area.
