Extra Care Housing: Care and Support
The aim of the Service is to support people who require care or support to help them live in the Extra Care setting. The model of Service will be one that enables people to achieve as much independence as they can by working with them to make the most of their skills and abilities in relation to their physical, intellectual, emotional and social capacity.
