We are pleased to invite you to submit a bid for Winter Weather Forecasting Software, system reference number 51612:1 which is being conducted via a Further Competition exercise under NEPO Framework 230.
Submission of bids or any other documents must only be made via the system no later than the time and date specified. Bids will not be permitted after the stated deadline has passed.
