CBMDC-51235 - Bradford District Landscape Character Assessment and Landscape Sensitivity and Impact Assessment

The Council requires a suitably qualified Consultant to undertake work on updating the Landscape Character Assessment for Bradford District and undertaking Landscape Sensitivity and Impact Assessment on draft emerging Local Plan site allocations. Please see Appendix 1 – Specification for full details. It is anticipated that the contract will be for a period of 1 year with an option to extend by 1 period of 12 months. The contract is to be treated as a single lot.
