Tender - Provision of Energy Efficiency Technical Advice Programme to support the Hull Business Energy Efficiency Scheme

You are invited to submit a tender for the above contract requirement for Hull City Council.

The scope of this project is to seek one or more service providers across 4 lots to deliver specialist technical advice to businesses in the form of an Energy Efficiency Support Programme targeted at SMEs which are registered as part of the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) programme Hull Business Energy Efficiency Scheme (HBEES).  The scheme commenced 1^st July 2020 and is being led and administered by Hull City Council.

The Service Provider(s) shall be expected to deliver high quality energy efficiency related specialist 1-2-1 advice to support SMEs in Hull.  Advice shall be tailored to the individual needs of businesses.  All businesses accessing the support shall be registered on the HBEES programme. 

Participating suppliers should ensure that they subsequently complete and return their tender submission, together with any relevant enclosures, and ensure that this is uploaded to the Council’s electronic tender portal, YORtender (Mercell), by 12:00 noon BST on Thursday 24th March 2022. Responses to the questions should be returned in the same order, and using the same numbering convention, as set out in the ITT documents. The YORtender site is accessed by weblink https://yortender.eu-supply.com (https://yortender.eu-supply.com).. Suppliers will need to register on this site if they have not previously done so. (Registration is free and takes only a few minutes to complete).

The technical advice programme shall be split into four lots:

·       Lot 1 – Carbon Footprint Calculation

·       Lot 2 – Energy Policy Assistance

·       Lot 3 – Energy Management Gap Analysis

·       Lot 4 – Energy Risk and Opportunity Register
