The quote/tender has ended, you cannot answer the invitation.

Leeds City Council are currently seeking a company to design and fit a new shop and café at Temple Newsam. Temple Newsam is a large public country estate on the edge of Leeds well-known for its historic house, rolling parkland and Home Farm. The shop and café will form part of our new proposal to be located within the ‘Cow Byre’ at Home Farm, Temple Newsam Estate. We wish to undertake works to transform this building to become a welcoming, controlled entrance point to Home Farm, with shop, catering and play facilities suitable for children from toddlers to age 12.

A main contractor has already been appointed to undertake works to the building as required but there is a requirement for the design and fitting of a new shop and café and it is anticipated fit out work can commence from the end of September 2022. Further details of the project can be found in the attached brief.

Leeds City Council are also seeking the fit out of a new café which will be located at the current entrance to the Temple Newsam Golf Course with a requirement to fit out the hallway leading to the café area and the café itself, including counters and a small kitchen area. It is envisaged this work will need to be completed by the end of August 2022 once planning permission is achieved.

We would like to ask your organisation if you would be interested in pricing for the above works. We would be looking for you to provide us with a quotation, design concept ideas including images and photo’s of similar work undertaken by yourselves. we would also like to request the production of mood boards that will inform the overall look of these areas and they should include suggestions for colours.
