Contract for Wire Saw Rig

I am pleased to invite you to tender for the above contract through the CTM EU-Supply Portal.

The document “Invitation To Tender” (“ITT”) which is presented in the portal, provides more information about the contract.  It also identifies the documents attached to the “ITT” and whether they should be completed and returned with your offer.

Please read the contents of this letter and the document “ITT” carefully since failure to comply with the procedures they set out may invalidate your Response. 

The return deadline for this ITT 25-02-2022 12:00 noon.

You may raise questions where these helps you to clarify the requirements of the contract and assist the preparation of your offer.  Please use the question raising facility within the CTM portal as this maintains an audit trail, rather than telephone calls or direct emails.  Answers will be issued via the same route, either as direct answers to questions or as “Additional Information”, which is available to all tenderers.

Please note that UKAEA cannot respond to any questions raised less than 5 calendar days before the deadline date for the return of tender submissions.
