Mobile Lockers - Click & Collect Barnsley

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council (the Council) is looking to establish a contract with a Provider for the supply, installation, and maintenance of mobile lockers that deliver a click and collect self-service for grocery and retail goods. The procurement of these mobile lockers is funded by Barnsley Council and the South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority as part of “Click & Collect Barnsley” - one of seven Prioritised Recovery Projects, part of a £2 million economic investment As part of Barnsley’s Economic Recovery Action Plan, these projects will help the local economy in Barnsley’s town centre and the borough’s six Principal Towns to recover from the COVID-19 pandemic
