Works to be undertaken as detailed on the phasing plan 29965/PH01

Access to Wilsons carpets car park to be maintained for the duration of their opening hours.

Access for Polypipes car park (Opposite Wilsons Carpets Car Park) to be maintained upto 6pm on the first Saturday of the works (12^th of March 2022). Alternative parking arrangements have been made for polypipe from 6pm on the 12^th of March upto 6pm on Sunday the 13^th of March. On Sunday 20^th the road will be closed for the surface course layer to be laid, with section 2 surfaced after 4pm when Wilsons Carpets will have closed. Polypipe will need access to their car park opposite Wilsons Carpets for shift change at around 6pm on Sunday 20^th of March. After the 6pm shift change for polypipe white lining can be undertaken with road studs and loop cutting undertaken from around 8pm with a view to completing all works on the Sunday. 3 weekend closures have been booked for the works with the 27^th and 28^th of March being provisional at this stage.

Footways are to be resurfaced by others on as part of the S278 works.  

Three weekend road closures have been made available for the works 12^th/13^th of March 2022, 19^th/20^th of March and 26^th/27^th of March 2022. It is anticipated works will be undertaken under one full weekend and one further Sunday.

The contractor will need to ensure that there is provision of a safe walkway through the junction and works within the TTM.
