North Lincolnshire Council are seeking a provider to undertake an evaluation study of the four UK CRF projects for North Lincolnshire and produce a report of their findings.
The aim of the evaluation study is to provide both the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) and North Lincolnshire Council with a complete picture of the UK CRF in North Lincolnshire. This information in turn will provide a sound evidence base on which the council, partners, training providers, and businesses can identify projects which have made a positive impact both socially and economically. Lessons learnt and any identified gaps in provision will be used as part of an evidence base for future project development under the anticipated UK Shared Prosperity fund
The outcome will be a written report setting out the details of each element set out in the ‘Scope’ as well as a summary report available in various formats for widespread dissemination. These formats to be discussed and agreed as part of the commission.
